Dr. Andrew Philley
Dr. Andrew Philley was born in Overton, TX and attended Overton High School. After graduation, he attended Texas A&M University. He graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences.
He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Baylor University in 2012, and shortly thereafter joined Dr. Ivan McKinney, Jr’s practice in Tyler, TX.
Dr. Philley understands the reality that most dental patients are scared, be it of the procedure, of the bill, or of spending a lot of time in a waiting room. He’s developed his practice to alleviate those fears.
